FAQ's about the Gaggle Chicks Box Creations Deal

There have been a lot of questions about the promotion for the Box Creations playhouses...hopefully this FAQ's list will help....


1.  Do I have to buy the house with flowers on it?
    You will be able to choose any Box Creation product on their website.  You will be emailed a coupon code and it can be applied to any of the playhouses.

2.  Do I have to pay an additional $15 on the Box Creations website?
    No.  The only thing you had to pay for was the voucher on Gaggle of Chicks.  So you either paid $5(if you got the $10 new member credit) or $15.  The coupon code will take the FULL price of the house off, this SHOULD include shipping.  When you purchase the house on the Box Creations website you will enter the coupon code that they email you, and you may have to pay tax(not sure on this?)

3. Where is my coupon code?
   Box Creations and Gaggle of Chicks are working to get the mix up solved.  Your coupon code will be emailed to you in a few hours.

4.  How does this deal work?
   If you have already purchased the deal on Gaggle Chicks, you will receive an email with a coupon code. You will then go to Box Creations website, choose your playhouse, and at checkout you will enter the coupon code that was emailed to you.

Be sure to head on over to Box Creations and "like" them on Facebook.  They have AMAZING customer service...they are STILL honoring the deal even though Gaggle of Chicks made a mistake.  They are probably losing money, but want to make their customers happy!  That is AWESOME!
